柔性激励的三大误区

摘要 能否满足员工的需求是柔性激励与传统激励机制最大的区别,同时也决定了激励的实施效果。从企业员工的内在需求出发,结合企业战略发展现状和规划采取科学的柔性激励方式,是企业人力资源优势发挥的重要条件。传统激励以刚性化的制度为基础,这种方式难以在员工心中产生潜在的说服效果,因而也无法将团体意愿有效地内化到员工的行动之中。
