手指点穴联合加味增液汤治疗帕金森病便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Constipation in Parkinson's Disease by Means of Acupoint Pressure Together with Jiawei Zengyetang

目的:探讨手指点穴联合加味增液汤治疗帕金森病便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年7月-2015年6月于本院进行治疗的帕金森病便秘患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组病人采取基础治疗方式,观察组在对照组治疗方式的基础上加用手指点穴联合加味增液汤进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗的总有效率85.7%明显高于对照组68.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用手指点穴联合加味增液汤治疗帕金森病便秘,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy for the treatment of constipation in Parkinson＇s Disease by means of acupoint pressure together with Jiawei Zengyetang. Method 70 patients with constipation problem in Parkinson＇s disease being treated in the hospital during the time period from Jul 2012 to Jun 2015 were selected and divided into two groups randomly, with 35 patients each, respectively called Observation Group and Control Group. The Control Group had been served basic therapies while the Observation Group served with acupoint and Jiawei Zengyetang besides the basic therapies. The clinical effi cacy of the two groups has been compared. Result After the treatment, the total effective rate of the Observation Group（85.7 %） is obviously higher than that of the Control Group（68.6 %）.（P 0.05） Conclusion To treat constipation in Parkinson＇s Disease by means of acupoint pressure together with Jiawei Zengyetang is an effective option and is worthy of clinic application.
