摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液对急性左心功能衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择本院收治的患有急性左心功能衰竭疾病的患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。采用常规西医疗法对对照组患者实施治疗;常规西医疗法基础上加用参麦注射液对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组研究对象在用药治疗后的左室射血分数和血浆脑钠肽水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组;急性左心功能衰竭疾病的药物治疗效果明显优于对照组;心脏功能恢复正常时间和药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组。结论:应用参麦注射液对患有急性左心功能衰竭疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ginseng injection on patients with acute left heart failure disease.
