麦默通微创旋切手术在治疗良性乳腺肿物中的应用

Mammotome Minimally Invasive Rotary Cutting Operation Application in the Treatment of Benign Breast Neoplasm

目的:探讨麦默通微创旋切手术在治疗良性乳腺肿物中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2012年12月-2014年12月的200例(乳腺肿物239个)良性乳腺肿物患者进行分析,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,其中观察组采用麦默通微创旋切手术治疗126个乳腺肿物,对照组采用常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗113个乳腺肿物,观察两组患者情况。结果:观察组的手术时间及手术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的完整切除率和乳房变形比例明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对良性乳腺肿物采用麦默通微创旋切手术可以达到完整切除,乳房变形比例低,手术时间短,并发症少。

Objective To study the mammotome minimally invasive rotary cutting operation application effect in the treatment of benign breast neoplasm. Methods 200 cases（239 samples） with breast neoplasm patients in our hospital between December 2012 and December 2014 were analyzed, and randomly divided into experimental group and the control group（n = 100）, in which the experimental group using mammotome minimally invasive rotary cutting 126 breast neoplasm of the operation, the control group with normal breast neoplasm resection in the treatment of 113 breast neoplasm, observe two groups of patients. Results The operation time and blood loss in the operation of the experimental group is less than that of control group, with statistical significance（P 0.05）; Experimental group of complete resection rate and the proportion of breast deformation was better than control group,with statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The benign breast neoplasm using mammotome minimally invasive rotary cutting operation can achieve complete resection, breast deformation ratio is low, short operation time, fewer complications, has important clinical significance.
