15例小儿川畸病的临床观察及护理效果分析

Analysis of 15 Cases of Kawasaki Disease in Children:Clinical Observation and Nursing Measures

目的:对15例川畸病患儿的临床观察及护理措施进行分析和探讨。方法:选择2012年3月-2014年5月本院收治的15例川畸病患儿作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾和分析,观察其临床治疗效果及护理效果。结果:15例川畸病患儿的的治愈率为86.67%,好转率13.33%。结论:对川畸病患儿进行有效的治疗和精心的临床护理具有重要的意义,能有效促进患儿恢复健康,改善其生存和成长状态。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical observation and nursing of 15 cases of children with Kawasaki disease in our hospital. Method As the object of study, the clinical data of review and systematic analysis in our hospital from March 2012 to 2014 May 15 cases of children with Kawasaki disease in children and the clinical curative effect and nursing effects of observation and analysis. Result 15 cases of children with Kawasaki disease in children. The cure rate was 86.67 %, 13 cases were cured, the improvement rate was 13.33 %, total 2 cases improved. Conclusion the effective treatment and careful nursing of the children with Kawasaki disease has important signifi cance, can effectively promote restore the health of children and improve the survival and growth of the state.
