高职院校校本教材开发的优化策略

Optimizing Strategy on the Development of School-based Teaching Materials in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前,高职院校校本教材开发还存在着诸多问题。针对这些问题,提出了完善校本教材开发的管理制度、保障校本教材开发的经费和资源、加强校本教材开发培训、构建校本教材开发的评价体系、采取有效的激励办法等优化策略,以期推动高职院校校本教材开发工作,服务于培养技术技能性人才的需要。

At present, there are many problems in the development of school-based teaching materials in higher vocational colleges.To solve these problems, this article puts forward suggestions of building a management system to perfect the development process, ensuring the expenditure and resources of school-based teaching material development, strengthening school-based teaching material development training, constructing evaluation system of the school-based teaching material development, and taking effective incentive measures such as optimization strategy, so as to promote school-based teaching material development in higher vocational colleges.
