随着经济社会的快速发展和高等教育改革的不断深入,社会对高校教育质量的要求不断提升,对高校教学管理的科学化、体系化、标准化要求日益提高。如果没有专业的教学管理队伍、完善的工作制度和工作秩序,就很难适应现代教学管理工作要求。面对新的历史时期和工作要求,进一步加强教学管理工作,努力提升管理水平,可将SOP工作流程引入高校教学管理领域,从而使得高校教学管理标准化、精细化与规范化。
