摘要
在新课改背景下,教师在小学教育中必须采取合理的方式方法,在激发学生学习兴趣的同时,培养学生的学习能力,对学生进行有效评价。而要想有效评价学生,小组捆绑式评价教学方法是最佳的方法。它将每个学生与小组紧密结合起来,不仅能实现学生互助的实效性,还能充分发挥捆绑评价的激励作用,从而能提高教学质量。
Under the background of new curriculum reform, teachers must adopt rational methods, cultivate the students' learning ability while stimulate their interest in learning, and carry out effective evaluation to the students in the primary school education. Group bundled evaluation is a great way to evaluate students. It combines every student of the group closely with the team, and is helpful to improve the teaching quality.
