摘要
2015年6月底,长江支流滁河出现大范围强降雨过程,襄河口闸上出现历史最高水位,荒草二圩、荒草三圩蓄滞洪区运用分洪。分析了此次过程的雨情水情汛情灾情,与2008年洪水过程进行了对比分析,总结了应对工作及启示,提出了流域防洪存在问题和建议。
At the end of June, 2015, a large range of strong rainfall process happened in the Chuhe River, a tributary of the Yangtze River, and Xianghe estuary lock encountered the historical highest water level, with the store flood water areas of Huangcao Dyke Two and Three used for flood diversion. The paper analyzes the rain condition, water regimen,flood situation and disaster in the flood, compared with the flood process in 2008, sums up the response work and inspiration, and puts forward the problems in river basin flood control and suggestions.
