浅谈莆田市农村水利建设管理工作

结合莆田市农村水利建设管理现状,分析了农村水利建设管理过程中存在的薄弱环节与问题,提出建立良好的投入、管理、运行机制,健全项目建设程序和建设管理监督体制等对策建议,为莆田市全面深化农村水利改革、有效实现农村水利可持续发展提供参考。

Combining with the present situation of rural water conservancy construction management in Putian City, the paper analyzes the weaknesses and problems in the rural water conservancy construction management and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of establishing a good input, management and operation mechanism, perfecting the project construction procedures and constructing the management supervision system to provide reference for comprehensively deepening rural water conservancy reform and development and effectively realizing sustainable development of rural water conservancy in Putian City.
