摘要
对河南某铝土矿浮选尾矿中+200目组分进行再磨再选试验研究,该铝土矿选矿厂浮选尾矿中+200目产率为15.66%,该组分中的Al_2O_3含量和A/S分别为48.41%和1.87,较浮选尾矿相应参数分别高出5.47%和0.35;该浮选尾矿+200目组分在磨矿细度-200目含量为91.28%时,得到精矿A/S仅为2.45%铝土矿精矿的要求;通过QEMSCAN分析可以得出,再磨产品中仅有12.45%的一水硬铝石解离度较好,大部分一水硬铝石矿物与其他矿物伴生在一起,一水硬铝石在铝硅结合物中呈现细粒浸染状分布,这一组分几乎没有利用的价值,该组分进入浮选精矿会严重降低精矿品质,因此该铝土矿选矿厂的浮选尾矿中+200目组分不具有回收利用的价值。
The study of regrinding and reconcentration about the + 200 mesh component in one bauxite flotation tailings in Henan province was conducted. The productivity of + 200 mesh component in this tailing was 15.66% , the content of AI203 and A/S in the + 200 mesh component were 48.41% and 1.87 respectively which were higher than that in the bauxite flotation tailings by 5.47% and 0.35 respectively. When the content of - 200 meshes was ground from + 200 meshes to 91.28%, the A/S in concentrate was just 2.45. After QEMSCAN analyzing, the percentage of diaspore with good degree of dissociation was 12.45%. At the meantime, the diaspore and other minerals was associated with bauxite with higher content of A1 - Si complex, the diaspore was finely disseminated in Al - Si complex, which was impossible for us to concentrate and could lower the A/S of bauxite concentrate. And hence, the + 200 mesh component in these bauxite flotation railings in Henan province was valueless in field of mineral processing.
