铝土矿选矿浮选中矿浆与捕收剂接触时间短,难以混合均匀,导致浮选效果较差,指标易波动,调整困难,矿化器容易堵塞,清理费时费力等问题。本文通过增设矿浆准备器和更换自吸式矿化器的方式,有效解决了以上问题,使浮选效果更好,指标更稳定。

In order to effectively solve above problems in bauxite flo-tation in bauxite processing plant of Henan Dongda Mining Corporation, the slurry preprocessor was added and the self - priming mineralization device wasreplaced to attain better flotation effect and more stable index.
