摘要
随着铝电解槽的快速发展,对铝电解槽极距等重要参数的测量显得至关重要。传统的测量方法体现不出极距的非均一性和实时变化的特性。针对传统方法的缺点,本文建立了软测量模型,并用极距在线监测系统采集了单槽阳极电流信号数据。通过对不同槽况下电流信号进行时域和频域分析,得到正常槽况和效应槽况下的阳极信号波动特征。
With the rapid development of aluminum reduction cell, it is very important to measure parameters of the aluminum reduction cell. The tradi-tional measuring method couldnt reflect the homogeneity and real -time changes of the anode -cathode distance (ACD). According to the shortcomingsof traditional methods, soft measure model is established in this paper, and the signal of anode current is obtained by on -line measuring system. The an-ode signal characteristic under different conditions is obtained by time - domain and frequency - domain analysis.
