摘要
对高钙镁钛渣熔盐氯化过程中的熔盐成分控制现状进行了统计分析,并结合实际生产过程中的进料与配料稳定性、熔盐温度控制、氯气浓度生产负荷展开了对比分析,考察各因素对熔盐成分控制的影响。结果表明:降低配料过程中的偏差、控制熔盐温度为760~780℃、适当提高氯化炉产量有助于熔盐成分中TiO2与C含量合格率的提升;当混合氯气的浓度大于78%时,氯气浓度对熔盐成分中TiO2与C含量的合格率影响较小。
The statistical analysis on composition control present situation of molten salt, which was used in the process of high calcium magnesium titani- um slag molten salt chloride, had been carried out. Influence of feeding and ingredients stability, molten salt temperature control, and concentration of chlorine gas on molten salt component control were investigated. The results showed that the molten salt component qualification rate rose reducing of devi- ation in the batching process. It could help the qualification rate ascension of TiO2 and C in molten salt when chloride furnace yield was risen at 760 - 780℃. The mixture chlorine gas concentration had less influence on qualified rate of TiO2 and C content in molten salt when it was more than 78%.
