摘要
"十三五"时期,是全面建成小康社会的决定性阶段,是深化水利重要领域和关键环节改革的攻坚时期,结合水利发展改革需要及信息新技术的发展,依据党的十八届五中全会提出的"创新、协同、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,提出水利信息化"十三五"发展应着力解决的的几个问题。
The period of ＂Thirteenth Five Year Plan＂ is the critical stage of building moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, is the crucial period of deepening the reform of water conservancy important fields and crucial links. On the basis of the five development concepts of ＂innovation, collaborative, green, open, sharing＂ put forward in the Fifth Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the article meets the needs of water conservancy development and reform and the development of information technology, puts forward some problems about water conservancy informationization which should be focused on to solve in ＂Thirteenth Five Year Plan＂ development.
