抽水蓄能机组单导叶调速器开度不同步故障的模式影响分析

摘要 单导叶调速器具有调节灵敏、调节精度高等优点,被推广应用于大型抽水蓄能机组。文中针对单导叶调速器易发生的导叶开度不同步故障,利用模式影响分析方法对典型故障特征、原因及影响、检测方法、解决措施等问题进行了研究,给出了两类典型故障的模式影响分析表,对于提高该类机组的运行可靠性具有一定的指导意义。 Independent wicket gates governor, who has sensitive regulatory function and can lead to a consequence with high precision, was widely used in large pumped storage power station. In this paper, the failure mode and effects analysis method is used to analyze the asynchronous opening faults. Typical fault characteristics, fault causes and effects, fault monitoring techniques, and trouble solving measures are studied systematically. Failure mode and effects analysis tables are proposed to describe two typical faults. The result obtained is of importance in improving the operation reliability of the large pumped storage power station.
