阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓颈动脉斑块的影响

Effect of Aspirin Combined with Statins on Carotid Artery Plaque in Cerebral Thrombosis

目的分析阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓颈动脉斑块的影响。方法分析2014年5月~2015年5月收治的175例脑血栓患者临床资料,按不同治疗方法分为两组。对照组86例行阿司匹林治疗,研究组89例在此基础上行他汀类药物治疗,对比两组患者颈动脉斑块变化情况和治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率85.39%显著高于对照组46.51%,比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓颈动脉斑块的影响显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of Aspirin combined with statins on carotid artery plaque in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods The clinical data of 175 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital between May 2014 and May 2015 were reviewed. These patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The 86 cases in the control group were treated with Aspirin,whereas the 89 patients in the study group were given Aspirin combined with statins for treatment. The changes of arterial plaque and the treatment effect in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate after treatment of the study group was 85. 39%,significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 46. 51%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Aspirin combined with statins is with significant curative effect in the treatment of carotid artery plaque.
