乌司他丁、参麦联合治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效观察

Effect of Ulinastatin Combined with Shenmai in the Treatment of Acute Severe Pancreatitis

目的研究探讨以乌司他丁联合参麦注射液治疗急性重症胰腺炎,比较患者单独用药和联合用药的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月-2013年1月收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者44例,随机分为实验组(22例)和对照组(22例),其中实验组予以乌司他丁联合参麦注射液联合用药治疗,对照组予以单独应用乌司他丁治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后血浆淀粉酶、血WBC、AST各指标均数、APACHEⅡ评分及总有效率。结果实验组治疗前后各化验指标、APACHEⅡ评分及总有效率均优于对照组,两组统计学意义明显(P0.05)。结论临床中对于急性重症胰腺炎,采用乌司他丁与参麦注射液联合应用可控制病情的发展、提高治愈率,有重要临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of ulinastatin combined with shenmai in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis,and to compare the clinical effect of monotherapy and drug combination therapy. Methods A total of 44 patients with acute severe pancreatitis who treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected,and the patients were divided randomly into the experimental group（ n = 22） and the control group（ n = 22）. The patients in the experimental group received ulinastatin combined with shenmai treatment,and the patients in the control group received ulinastatin treatment. The plasma amylase,mean blood WBC and AST indexes,APACHEⅡ score and total effective rate before and after treatment were observed. Results The laboratory indexes,APACHEⅡ score and total effective rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions For the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis,the application of ulinastatin combined with shenmai can control the development of the disease,and improve the cure rate,which has great clinical significance and is worthy of promotion.
