摘要 目的探讨在对患者手部肌腱损伤进行修复的过程中显微外科技术的临床应用效果和价值。方法分析2012年12月~2014年12月收治的接受手部肌腱损伤修复治疗的患者135例的临床资料,共修复164指,同时,根据患者屈肌腱分区以及各个区域不同的解剖特点采用显微外科技术对患者实施不同的治疗和修复,实验研究中所有患者均在手术修复后给予6个月~1年的随访。结果实验研究中共有135例患者,164指,经过疗效评定发现其中修复效果为优秀的有76指,良好的有64指,尚可的有15指,差的有9指,其优良率为85.4%。结论在对手部肌腱损伤患者实施修复和治疗的过程中,显微外科技术的应用可以提高临床修复的效果和质量,促进了手部肌腱损伤患者的更好恢复,在一定的程度上改善了患者手部的屈功能恢复情况,是一种效果较为理想和显著的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the effect and value of clinical application of microsurgical techniques in hand tendon injury repair. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 135 cases of hand tendon injury patients who receiving hand tendon injury repair in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014,a total of 164 fingers were repaired. Meanwhile,patients received different treatment and repair using microsurgical technique according to flexor tendon partitions and different anatomical characteristics of various regions. In this study,all patients received 6 months to1 year follow- up after surgery repair. Results This experimental study included 135 patients,164 fingers. The evaluation found that the repair effect of 76 fingers was excellent,64 fingers was good,15 fingers was fair,9 fingers was poor,and the excellent and good rate was 85. 4%. Conclusions In process of repair adn treatment of hand tendon injury,application of microsurgical techniques can enhance the effectiveness and quality of clinical repair,and promote better recovery of hand tendon injury patients,and can improve the recovery of hand flexion function to a certain extent,it is an ideal and significant effect of treatment.
