不同健康教育方法对住院患者出院健康宣教效果比较研究

Comparison of Two Methods of Health Education Effect of Discharge

目的探讨两种方法对患者出院健康宣教内容的知晓率及满意度的影响。方法选择内镜确诊消化性溃疡患者88例,随机分为干预组48例,使用出院宣教卡行健康宣教,对照组40例,使用传统方式行健康宣教,比较两组患者出院健康宣教知晓率及满意度。结果干预组患者出院健康教育知晓率及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用出院宣教卡实施健康教育能明显提高患者健康知识掌握情况,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,从而提高科室影响力,提升医院形象。

Objective To investigate the different effect about knowledge and satisfaction,of two kinds of health education method in patients who were just to be discharged. Methods 88 endoscopic diagnosis peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into the intervention group（ 48 cases）,using discharge education cards for health education,and the control group（ 40 cases）,using traditional methods for health education. We compared two groups of patients by the awareness rate of disease knowledge and the satisfaction about nursing serves. Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge and the satisfaction about nursing serves of intervention group were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Using discharge education cards and implement health education can significantly improve the situation of health knowledge of patients,and improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing serves,and also to improve the influence of the department and the hospital.
