摘要
工艺参数和刀具参数对碳纤维复合材料/铝合金叠层材料的钻削轴向力及制孔质量具有重要的影响。使用普通硬质合金麻花钻对该叠层材料进行钻削试验,分析主轴转速、进给量、麻花钻顶角和螺旋角对钻削轴向力的影响规律,并对试验结果进行回归分析和方差分析,得到了关于工艺参数和刀具参数的初步优化结论。
The processing parameters and tool parameters have a significant influence on thrust force and hole quality in drilling carbon fiber reinforced plastic and aluminum alloy stacks. A serious of experiments were carried out on the multilayered materials with ordinary carbide twist drill. The influence of spindle speed, feed rate, point angle and helical angle on drilling thrust force were investigated. The regression analysis and ANOVA(analysis of variance) were used with experimental results to get the preliminary conclusions about optimization for processing parameters and tool parameters.
