呋虫胺与顺式氯氰菊酯混配对抗性家蝇的控制效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的检测呋虫胺和顺式氯氰菊酯混配对家蝇的联合作用,研究该混配剂用于表面喷洒和空间喷雾时的有效成分浓度和药效,为科学用药、提高家蝇控制效果提供参考。方法采用接触法比较该混配制剂与各组成成分对敏感品系家蝇的药效;依据共毒系数(CTC)筛选混配剂中有效成分的浓度比值;依据国家标准GB/T 13917.1-2009有关内容,检测混配剂对家蝇的表面触杀和空间喷雾杀灭效果。结果与各组成成分相比,混配剂对家蝇击倒速度加快。呋虫胺和顺式氯氰菊酯的适宜浓度比为3∶1(共毒系数为197.18)。混配剂对抗性家蝇进行表面触杀时适宜的有效成分浓度为氯氰菊酯0.33 g/L、呋虫胺1.0 g/L,在全吸收面和不吸收面上24 h致死率分别为96.67%和100%;混配剂空间喷雾时有效成分浓度提高3倍,对抗性家蝇24 h致死率为100%,KT50均在10 min以内。结论呋虫胺与氯氰菊酯混配对抗性家蝇有良好的击倒和致死作用,能够一定程度缓解家蝇的抗性、提高控制效果。 Objective To enhance killing effect of alpha-cypermethrin on resistant Musca domestica and provide guidance for scientific use of the mixture of dinotefuran and alpha-cypermethrin. Methods The efficacy of the mixture and each component on susceptible flies was evaluated by contact method. The concentration ratio of effective components was determined by the co-toxicity coefficient( CTC); the killing effect of the mixture was determined according to national standard GB / T 13917. 1- 2009. Results Compared with single agent,the mixture held quicker knockdown effect on houseflies. The appropriate concentration ratio between dinotefuran and alphacypermethrin was 3 ∶ 1 with the CTC of 197. 18. The suitable concentrations for alpha-cypermethrin and dinotefuran were 0. 33 and 1. 0 g / L,respectively. The 24 h mortality of resistant flies was 96. 67% or 100% on full or nonabsorbing surface. The concentrations of each component were all increased three times when the mixture was sprayed to resistant files,and the 24 h mortality rate was 100% and KT50 was within 10 min. Conclusion Alphacypermethrin combined with dinotefuran displayed better knockdown and killing effects on resistant houseflies. The mixture may alleviate the resistance of housefly and improve the effect of controlling resistant flies in certain extent.
