广东口岸常见医学昆虫及使用药剂调查

Investigation of common medical insect vectors collected and insecticides used at ports of Guangdong

目的掌握广东口岸常见医学昆虫及使用药剂情况。方法通过收集广东口岸常见医学昆虫及使用药剂调查表,统计分析口岸常见医学昆虫种类和使用药剂情况。结果在26个口岸调查中,共统计48种医学昆虫,其中白纹伊蚊、致倦库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊分布口岸较多,分别占口岸总数的80.77%、69.23%、69.23%、88.46%、84.62%,是口岸重要的常见医学昆虫;口岸使用药剂共统计14种,有效成分主要为拟除虫菊酯类。多数口岸使用同一种或几种药剂年限为3年以上,约占使用口岸的67.39%。结论广东口岸应加强对重要媒介生物及其抗药性的监测,以便科学地指导口岸医学媒介生物的防控和药剂使用。

Objective To investigate common medical insect vectors collected and insecticides used at ports of Guangdong. Methods The questionnaire method was applied in the survey. Results 48 species of medical insect vectors were investigated at 26 ports of Guangdong. Aedes albopictus,Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus,Musca domestica,Blattella germanica,Periplaneta americana were important medical insect vectors,their distribution port rates were respectively 80. 77%,69. 23%,69. 23%,88. 46%,84. 62%. The majority of 14 insecticides were pyrethroid insecticides. Insecticides successively used for at least 3 years accounted for 67. 39 %. Conclusion Insecticide resistance should be monitored regularly to improve the application of insecticides and ensure the effect of sanitary treatment.
