硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的效果

The Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Kato Pury in the Treatment of El-derly Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

目的观察与分析老年糖尿病合并高血压患者实施硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗的临床运用效果。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月该院所接收的92例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者作为试验的对象,按随机单盲法分成两组,即对照组与实验组,前者予以口服硝苯地平治疗,后者予以口服硝苯地平+卡托普利治疗;随后,对患者的临床治疗情况进行观察。结果实验组患者治疗后的血压(收缩压、舒张压)优于该组治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的总有效率(89.1%)比对照组患者(63.0%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者采取硝苯地平与卡托普利联合治疗,效果显著,且可有效控制患者的血压,值得大力推行。

Conclusion Take nifedipine combined with captopril treatment on the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension patients, significant effect, and can effectively control the patient＇s blood pressure, it is worth promoting.
