糖尿病患者胃癌术后早期肠内营养的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析糖尿病患者胃癌术后早期肠内营养的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月—2015年6月在该院行胃癌根治术后的糖尿病患者86例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为肠内营养组和肠外营养组各43例,分别行肠内营养和肠外营养支持治疗,了解两组病人患者的血糖控制及术后的恢复情况。结果两组病人均按预定计划完成了肠内营养或肠外营养支持治疗,肠内营养组消化道症状的发生率显著高于肠外营养组,P<0.05;术后并发症发生率明显低于肠外营养组,P<0.05;术后平均肛门排气时间显著短于肠外营养组,P<0.05;两组病人术后第7天体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7天肠内营养组空腹血糖显著低于肠外营养组,P<0.05。结论糖尿病患者胃癌手术后行早期肠内营养能促使胃肠功能恢复,迅速高效的调节控制血糖,改善患者营养状况,更有助于患者安全渡过围手术期。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods 86 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2015, who were randomly divided into 2 groups: enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition. Results Two groups of patients were treated by enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support treatment, the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms was significantly higher than that of the parenteral nutrition group, P〈0.05; postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that of the parenteral nutrition group,P〈0.05; postoperative mean anal exhaust time was significantly shorter than that of the parenteral nutrition group(P〈0.05); two days after the seventh days of postoperative fasting blood glucose was significantly lower than that of parenteral nutrition group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with diabetes mellitus, rapid and efficient regulation of blood glucose, improve the nutritional status of patients, and help patients safely through perioperative period.
