摘要
目的观察糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床护理效果。方法以该院收治的90例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象,针对患者实际病情,给予常规抗冠心病和降糖治疗,同时给予积极的个体化临床护理措施。结果通过系统的治疗及精心的护理,90例患者的血糖控制在合理范围之内,冠心病症状也明显缓解,无严重并发症的发生,所有患者均顺利出院。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采取积极的个体化护理措施,能够显著提高治疗效果,降低并发症的发生,有效控制血糖和血压,提高满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the diabetic patients with coronary artery disease in patients with clinical nursing effect. Methods In our hospital, 90 cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease patients in this study, for the actual condition of patients given conventional anti-coronary heart disease and hypoglycemic therapy, while giving positive individualized clinical care measures. Results Through the treatment system and meticulous care, blood sugar control in 90 patients within reasonable limits, coronary heart disease symptoms were relieved, no serious complications, all patients were discharged. Conclusion To take positive measures individualized care of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications, effective control of blood sugar and blood pressure, improve customer satisfaction, worthy of clinical use.
