综合护理大黄复方灌肠汤高位结肠透析治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ、Ⅴ期临床观察

Comprehensive Nursing Rhubarb Compound Enema Decoction High Colon Dialysis Treatment for Diabetic Nephropathy Phase Ⅳ and Ⅴ Clinical Observation

目的分析综合护理在大黄复方灌肠汤高位结肠透析治疗糖尿病肾病IV、V期中的应用效果。方法选取从2013年8月—2015年8月收治的70例糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组(35)与观察组(35),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理,对比两组SCr(血肌酐)、BUN(血尿素氮)、Alb(血浆白蛋白)、FBG(空腹血糖)与护理满意度。结果两组SCr、BUN、Alb、FBG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为94.29%,对照组为74.29%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病IV、V期患者采取综合护理,可提高护理满意度,效果明显,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analysis the comprehensive nursing in rhubarb compound enema decoction high colon dialysis treatment effect of diabetic nephropathy, the application of phase IV and V. Methods From August 2013- August 2015 treated 70 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, according to the method of random Numbers were divided into control group（35） and observation group（35）, control group adopted routine nursing care, observation group adopt comprehensive care, compared two groups of SCr, serum creatinine, BUN（blood urea nitrogen） and propagated（plasma albumin）, FBG（fasting blood sugar） and nursing satisfaction. Results Two groups of SCr, BUN, propagated, FBG has obvious difference（P〈0.05）. Observation group of satisfaction was 94.29%, control group was 94.29%, the observation group is significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with diabetic nephropathy phase IV and V adopt comprehensive nursing, nursing satisfaction can be improved, the effect is obvious, have clinical application value.
