多样性护理在心内科糖尿病患者护理上的治疗效果研究

Research on the Effect of Diversity Nursing on Patients with Diabetes in Department of Cardiology

目的探讨多样性护理应用于心内科糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法 84例心内科住院糖尿病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组实施心内科常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施多样性护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组的血糖控制优良率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);干预后观察组的FPG、2hPG水平显著低于对照组,病情管理能力评分及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在心内科糖尿病患者的临床护理中介入多样性护理有利于提高患者的自我病情管理能力以及血糖控制效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diversity nursing on patients with diabetes in Department of Cardiology. Methods 84 cases with diabetes hospitalized in Department of Cardiology were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing of Department of Cardiology, the observation group were additionally given diversity nursing. And the nursing efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The good and excellent rate of glycemic control was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group（97.62% vs 78.57%）（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the FPG and 2hPG levels were significantly lower while the scores of disease management skills and quality of life were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes in Department of Cardiology, diversity nursing applied to the clinical nursing is conducive to improving the self-management ability of the disease and glycemic control as well as the quality of life.
