三级质控内涵解读及其在糖尿病管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨三级质控模式用于糖尿病管理的价值。方法该院自2014年7月开始将护理三级质控应用于糖尿病管理中。该次研究选取2014年7月—2015年6月期间该院内分泌科收治的60例糖尿病住院患者作为观察组,另选择2013年7月—2014年6月期间收治的60例糖尿病住院患者作为对照组。比较两组患者入院时和出院时血糖指标水平和糖尿病健康教育知识知晓情况,并比较两组护理满意度。结果出院时,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后:在药物相关知识、药物使用技能、饮食控制、日常生活方式、自我监测能力各条目和总分方面,观察组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(91.67%)高于对照组(78.33%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三级质控模式应用于糖尿病管理中,有助于控制患者血糖指标,同时提高患者健康知识水平和护理满意度,应推广该质控模式。 Objective To explore the application value of the three-level quality control mode for diabetes management.Methods Three-level quality control of nursing has been applied to the diabetes management in our hospital since July2014. 60 hospitalized diabetic patients admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group of this study, and other 60 hospitalized diabetic patients admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the control group. And the blood glucose level on admission and at discharge, understanding of the diabetic health education knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at discharge, P〈0.05. After intervention, the scores of understanding the knowledge about drugs, skills of drug use,control of diet, daily lifestyle, self-monitoring ability and the overall scores were much higher in the observation group than those in the control group, respectively, P〈0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.67% vs 78.33%), the difference between the groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion Three-level quality control mode applied to diabetes management is conducive to controlling the blood glucose and improving the level of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction in the patients, so it is should be promoted.
