彩色多普勒超声诊断对糖尿病合并眼底动脉硬化患者的价值分析

Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnosis of Diabetic Eyeground Arteriosclerosis in Patients with Value Analysis

目的分析探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断对糖尿病合并眼底动脉硬化患者的诊断价值,为患者的临床治疗方案提供参考依据。方法选择该院收治的糖尿病合并眼底动脉硬化的40例患者作为该次研究的实验组,收治时间在2013年2月—2014年3月期间,另选择同时段该院收治的40例非糖尿病眼底动脉硬化患者作为对照组,两组患者均进行彩色多普勒超声诊断,分析两组的临床差异,对比其眼动脉、CRA、PCA的收缩期最大血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、平均速度(AV)、PI及RI。结果实验组和对照组的眼动脉、CRA、PCA的PSV、EDV、AV、PI及RI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组中非增殖期(NPDR)和增殖期(PDR)的眼动脉、CRA、PCA的收缩期最大血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、平均速度(AV)、PI及RI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断对糖尿病合并眼底动脉硬化具有积极的诊断价值,患者眼血流动力学改变与眼底动脉硬化的发生和发展具有密切的关系,超声诊断可以全面反映视网膜的灌注情况和功能变化,可为患者接下来的临床治疗提供确切的参考依据,值得在临床实践中应用和推广。

Objective Analysis to evaluate color doppler ultrasound diagnosis value to the diagnosis of patients with diabetic fundus arteriosclerosis, provide reference basis for clinical treatment. Methods Select our hospital diabetic eyeground arteriosclerosis as the study of the experimental group, 40 patients treated time in February 2013 to March 2014, another choice at the same time period of our hospital of 40 cases of diabetic eyeground arteriosclerosis patients as control group,two groups of patients were diagnosed with color doppler ultrasound, analysis of the two groups of clinical difference, contrast of the ophthalmic artery, CRA, PCA systolic maximum blood flow velocity（PSV）, end-diastolic velocity（EDV）, mean velocity（AV）, PI and RI. Results The results of the experimental group and the control group of ophthalmic artery, CRA,PCA PSV, EDV, AV, PI and RI obvious difference（P〈0.05）, statistically significant difference; Experimental stage chinaafrica proliferation（NPDR） and proliferation（PDR） of ophthalmic artery, CRA, PCA systolic maximum blood flow velocity（PSV）, end-diastolic velocity（EDV）, mean velocity（AV）, PI and RI obvious difference（P〈0.05）, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of diabetic eyeground arteriosclerosis has positive diagnosis value, changes in ocular hemodynamics in patients with fundus arteriosclerosis has close relationship with the occurrence and development of ultrasonic diagnosis can comprehensively reflect the perfusion of the retina and function change, can provide accurate reference for the clinical treatment, is worthy of application and popularization in clinical practice.
