摘要
目的于糖尿病护理中应用人性化服务并观察其应用效果。方法择取于2012年8月—2015年9月期间该院就诊的200例糖尿病患者,按照其住院期间接受的不同护理服务进行分组,行常规化护理的100例患者归入对照组,行人性化服务护理的100例患者归入研究组。对比两组患者在护理效果上的不同。结果就血糖控制效果与其他临床指标而言,研究组均要远远优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病患者在护理中行人性化服务可以有效消除患者负性情绪,优化睡眠质量,提高对糖尿病的控制效果。
Objective To observe the application effect of humanized service in diabetes nursing. Methods chooses in August 2012 to 2015 during September in the genus municipal general hospital for treatment of 200 cases of patients with diabetes,according to the period of time for acceptance of different nursing service in the hospital were grouped. The naturalization nursing 100 cases were included in the control group, pedestrian service nursing of 100 cases of patients included in the study group. The difference between the two groups of patients in the nursing effect. Results the effect of blood glucose control and other clinical indicators, the study group were much better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion in order to improve the quality of sleep, it can effectively eliminate the negative emotions of patients, optimize the quality of sleep and improve the control effect of diabetes.
