苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平在HP合并T2DM中的临床应用

苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平临床上已广泛应用于治疗HP,近年该药在HP合并T2DM患者的疗效较好,具有降低血压、血糖、血脂、肾小球滤过率及保护肾功能等功能,预防和延缓糖尿病微血管病变,避免或者延缓糖尿病患者各种并发症的发生、发展,延长T2DM患者的寿命。该文就近年苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片在HP合并T2DM患者中的临床疗效进行综述。

Levamlodipine besylate has been widely used in clinical treatment of hypertension.In recent years, this drug obtains better curative effect in patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes.It can reduce the blood sugar, blood lipid, glomerular filtration rate and renal function, preventing and delaying diabetic microangiopathy,avoiding or postponing the development of diabetic patients, the occurrence of all kinds of complications, and eventually prolong the life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.In this paper,we reviewed the Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets which applyed in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes.
