麝香保心丸和阿司匹林、氯吡格雷联用治疗心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者的效果分析

Effect of Musk Bao Xin Pill and Aspirin and Clopidogrel in Treating Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨麝香保心丸和阿司匹林、氯吡格雷联用治疗心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者的效果分析。方法选取2014年7月—2015年7月来该院治疗的心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者122例,随机分为两组,两组患者在接受常规降糖药物治疗的基础上,实验组患者采用麝香保心丸和阿司匹林、氯吡格雷联用治疗,对照组则采用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者冠脉血流TIMI2级和3级患者占100%,对照组的90.2%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的空腹血糖,餐后2 h血糖方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的心率及血肌酐水平均明显下降,其中实验组改善程度明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2个月,实验组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用麝香保心丸和阿司匹林、氯吡格雷联用治疗心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者,具有明显提高冠脉血流灌注,降低心血管不良事件的发生,改善心功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of musk Bao Xin pill and aspirin and clopidogrel in treating patients with myocardial infarction and diabetes. Methods 122 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with the conventional hypoglycemic agents, and the experimental group was treated with the combination of musk and aspirin, clopidogrel, and the control group were treated with aspirin and clopidogrel. To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results In the experimental group, patients with coronary blood flow TIMI2 level and grade 3 patients accounted for 100%,compared with the control group 90.2%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients＇ fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose（2H）, no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the heart rate and serum creatinine level of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Follow up for 2 months, the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of musk Bao Xin pill and aspirin, clopidogrel combined with diabetic patients with myocardial infarction, with a significant increase in coronary blood flow, reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events, improve cardiac function, worthy of clinical promotion.
