2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝的相关因素分析

Related Factors for Type 2 Diabetes with Fatty Liver Analysis

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者与未合并脂肪肝患者的区别,分析影响2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝的相关因素。方法抽取2012年1月—2015年1月2型糖尿病患者资料180份,分为合并脂肪肝63例与未合并脂肪肝组117例,对比两组患者在年龄、体重指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(Hba1c)等方面的数据差异。结果在180份资料里,2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者占资料总数的35.00%。合并脂肪肝组在BMI、TG、TC、Hba1c、LDL-C等水平均高于未合并脂肪肝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在HDL-C水平上低于未合并脂肪肝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该研究发现2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者发病率与体重、血脂、Hba1c等因素具有一定的相关性,应采取有针对性的防治策略,预防和控制该病的发生和发展。

Objective To investigate the difference in type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver and not patients with fatty liver, and analysis of relevant factors in type 2 diabetic patients with fatty liver. Methods Extraction from January 2012 to January 2015 patients with type 2 diabetes information 180, divided into 63 cases of fatty liver fatty liver and non-consolidated group 117 cases, compared to two groups in age, body mass index（BMI）, three triglyceride（TG）, total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）, glycated hemoglobin（Hba1c） and other aspects of data discrepancies. Results In the 180 copies of the information, the type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver accounted for 35.00% of the total available. With fatty liver group in BMI, TG, TC, Hba1 c, LDL-C levels were higher than the unconsolidated and other fatty liver group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, on HDL-C levels lower than those without fatty liver group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study found that type 2diabetes patients with fatty liver incidence of weight, lipids, Hba1 c other factors have some relevance, should adopt targeted prevention strategies to prevent and control the occurrence and development of the disease.
