血糖控制对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇母婴预后的影响

目的探究血糖控制情况对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇母婴预后的影响。方法择取该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇100例作为该次的研究对象,按照血糖控制情况分为两组,分别为常规组和研究组,常规组45例(血糖控制不满意),研究组55例(血糖控制满意),根据其血糖控制情况对两组孕妇的母婴预后情况进行比较。结果经过临床分析比较后得知,研究组孕妇产后出血、感染、子痫前期、羊水过多的发生率分别为12.7%、10.9%、9.1%、18.2%,均明显低于常规组孕妇,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组孕妇出现巨大儿、死胎死产、新生儿窒息的发生率分别为5.5%、0%、3.6%,均明显低于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组孕妇选择阴道分娩的概率为65.5%,明显高于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期合并糖尿病孕妇的血糖控制情况与母婴预后息息相关,血糖控制良好利于有效改善母婴结局,临床意义显著。

Objective To explore the effect of glucose control on maternal and fetal outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Chooses my courtyard in 2013 January to January 2015 of pregnancy associated with diabetes in 100 cases as the research object, and divided into two groups according to blood glucose control, respectively） and conventional group（study group, 45 cases of normal group（blood glucose control is not satisfactory） study group 55 cases（with well controlled glucose）, according to their blood sugar control of two groups of pregnant women maternal and infant prognosis situation were compared. Results After clinical comparative analysis after that, study group for pregnant women,postpartum hemorrhage, infection, pre eclampsia, amniotic fluid too much occurrence rate of 12.7%, 10.9%, 9.1% and18.2% respectively, were significantly lower than normal pregnant women group, two groups of significant difference（P〈0.05）; group of pregnant women out of this huge, stillbirth, neonatal asphyxia incidence was 5.5%, 0% and 3.6% respectively, were significantly lower than normal group, two groups of significant difference（P〈0.05）; group of pregnant women choose vaginal delivery probability was 65.5%, significantly higher than the conventional group, two groups of significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The blood glucose control of the pregnant women with diabetes mellitus is closely related to the prognosis of the mothers and infants. The blood glucose control is helpful to improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
