糖尿病病人术后疼痛护理管理效果分析

Nursing Management Effectiveness Analysis of Postoperative Pain for Diabetes Patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者术后疼痛护理管理效果。方法随机选择2010年以来该院收治的150例外科手术患者为研究对象,对照组给予糖尿病和外科常规护理管理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上给予针对性的疼痛护理管理,以观察两组患者疼痛程度之间的差异是否具有统计学意义。结果对照组患者0度、1度、2度、3度和4度疼痛的患者数量分别为0、10、14、46和5例,疼痛忍受率为32.00%;研究组患者0度、1度、2度、3度和4度疼痛的患者数量分别为23、21、24、7和0例,疼痛忍受率为90.67%。两组患者术后疼痛程度和疼痛忍受率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者疼痛程度高于研究组,研究组患者疼痛忍受率高于对照组。结论有效术后疼痛的护理管理能够显著改善糖尿病患者的疼痛症状,改善患者的术后生活质量,提高疼痛护理管理效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of postoperative pain management care diabetes patients. Methods Randomly selected 150 cases of Surgical Operations since 2010 in our hospital for the study, the control group received routine care management practices, the study group give specific pain care management on the basis of the control group, in order to observe the degree of pain between the two groups whether statistically significant differences. Results In the control group were 0 degrees, 1 degree, 2 degrees, 3 degrees and 4 degrees of pain, number of patients, respectively 0,10,14,46 and5 cases, the pain endured was 32.00%; study group were 0 degrees, 1 degree, 2 degrees, 3 degrees and 4 degrees of pain,number of patients, respectively 23,21,24,7 and 0 cases, the pain endured was 90.67%. Differences in postoperative pain and pain endured rate between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the degree of pain the patient study group higher than the control group, the study group of pain patients endure rates higher. Conclusions Effective postoperative pain care management can significantly improve pain symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients after surgery to improve pain care management effectiveness.
