糖尿病治疗中联用西药的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Use of Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的探讨糖尿病治疗中联用西药的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2015年10月该院收治的糖尿病患者80例,将所有患者随机分成两组,每组患者40例,观察组患者采用联用西药方法治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后,观察组治疗有效率是92.5%,对照组有效率为70.0%,两组患者的临床治疗有效率有明显差异,且两组Hb Alc指标水平和FPG指标水平、不良反应发生率也存在相对显著的差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论给予糖尿病患者进行联用西药治疗,能够在一定程度上有效提升其治疗有效率,降低患者的Hb Alc水平以及FPG水平,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of combined use of western medicine in the treatment of diabetes. Methods 80 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 40 patients in each. The observation group were treated by combined use of western medicine, and the control group were treated by the conventional western medicine. And the therapeutic effects were observed in both groups. Results After treatment, the treatment efficiency was 92.5%, 70.0% in the observation group and the control group, the difference in the clinical treatment efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant. And the differences in the HbAlc level, FPG level, ＇and incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes, combined use of western medicine can effectively improve the treatment efficiency to a certain extent, lower the HbAlc and FPG levels, the effect is significant, so the treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
