硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

The Effect of Lipoic Acid combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取该院2012年10月—2014年12月收治的80例DPN(糖尿病周围神经病变)患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(前列地尔治疗组,40例)与观察组(硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗组,40例)。对比两组患者治疗结果。结果观察组总有效率达到87.50%,对照组总有效率达到65.00%,两组患者治疗总有效率差异明显(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SNCV(感觉神经传导速度)、MNCV(运动神经传导速度)等明显得到改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效显著,推广价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods In our hospital in October 2012 - 2014 to December of 80 patients with DPN （diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients as observation objects and randomly assigned to control group （alprostadil treatment group, 40 cases） and observation group （lipoic acid combined with prostaglandin E 1 treatment group, 40 cases）. The treatment results of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%, the total effective rate was 65% in the control group, the total effective rate in the two groups was significantly different （P〈0.05）; the observation group SNCV （sensory nerve conduction velocity）, MNCV （motor nerve conduction velocity）, and the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, obvious curative effect, high popularization value.
