皮下引流管负压吸引预防糖尿病患者腹部切口感染 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨皮下放置引流管负压吸引的办法预防糖尿病腹部手术患者切口感染的效果。方法以该院于2013年1月—2015年6月收治的238例行腹部手术的糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机将观察对象分成观察组(120例)和对照组(118例),观察组术后皮下放置引流管负压吸引。观察患者术后切口感染的发生情况。结果观察组120例患者中,有2例患者出现感染,感染发生率为1.67%,对照组118例患者中,有10例患者发生感染,感染发生率为8.74%,两组患者数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮下放置引流管负压吸引的方法是预防糖尿病患者腹部切口感染的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of Subcutaneous Negative Pressure Drainage Tube for reducing the incision infection in Diabetic of abdominal surgery. Methods To the hospital in January 2013 to June 2015 238 cases of abdominal surgery in patients with diabetes mellitus as the object of study randomly observed object divided into observation group (120 cases) and control group (n=l18) were observed after operation in group a subcutaneously placed drainage tube nega- tive pressure suction. To observe the oecurrence of incision infection after operation. Results In the observation group of 120 patients, 2 cases of patients with infection, the infection rate was 1.67%, control group of 118 patients, 10 cases of in- fection, the infection rate was 8.74%, the difference between the two groups of patient data with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The placement of subcutaneous negative pressure drainage tube can decrease the incision infection in diabetic post-abdominal surgery and it is worth the clinical promotion .
