不同临床护理模式对糖尿病神经炎患者的护理效果观察

To Observe the Nursing Effect of Different Nursing Mode on Patients with Diabetic Neuritis

目的观察不同护理模式应用于糖尿病神经炎患者的护理效果。方法选取该院2012年4月—2014年2月收治的糖尿病神经炎患者110例,将其随机分为两组,分别为对照组(55例)和观察组(55例),其中对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施循证护理,比较两组患者的空腹血糖值、住院时间、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者空腹血糖值明显低于对照组患者,住院时间短于对照组患者,两组患者的生活质量对比,观察组患者各维度评分分别为(92.48±7.86)分、(91.76±6.82)分、(91.87±7.93)分、(91.38±7.78)分,数据明显优于对照组患者,且观察组患者护理满意度为98.18%,明显高于对照组患者,各项观察指标对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病神经炎患者通过采取循证护理模式后,可有效控制血糖,提高患者生活质量以及护理满意度。

Results the fasting blood glucose in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, Hospital stay was shorter than the control group, The quality of life of the two groups were compared, The scores of each dimension in the observation group were（92.48 ±7.86）,（91.76 ±6.82）,（91.87 ±7.93）,（91.38 ±7.78）, Data was significantly better than the control group, and the observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction was 98.18%, significantly higher than the control group, the observed indicators were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion diabetic neuropathy patients through adopting evidence-based nursing mode, the effective control of blood glucose, improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction.
