优质护理服务在糖尿病患者中的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of High Quality Nursing Service in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的为糖尿病病患应用优质护理服务,并对其临床效果进行评价。方法择取2011年4月—2015年5月收治的糖尿病病患50例,按在院期间接受的不同护理进行分组:接受一般性护理的25例患者归入对照组,接受优质护理服务的25例患者归入研究组。将2组的护理效果实施对比。结果就护理满意度而言,研究组96%,对照组72%;就ADL评分而言,研究组(18.43±3.67)分,对照组(11.11±2.08)分。对照组均逊于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务可以有效控制糖尿病的进展,临床可通过实行优质护理服务来实现糖尿病的有效治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high quality nursing service for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Select April 2011 to May 2015 by this unit were diabetic patients 50 cases, according to the different nursing groups accepted during hospitalization： general nursing of 25 patients in the control group received high quality nursing service in 25 patients in the study group. The nursing effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results The study group was96%, the control group was 72%, and the ADL score was（3.67 ＋ 18.43） and the control group（11.11 2.08）. The control group was less than that of the research group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion High quality nursing care can effectively control the progress of diabetes, and can achieve the effective treatment of diabetes with high quality nursing service.
