摘要
在了解肌球蛋白的生化特点及提取纯化方法的基础上,本文研究了克山病病区粮食喂饲以及其它不同方法造成心肌损害的动物模型—大白鼠的心肌肌球蛋白ATP酶的变化特点。多年来,人们对肌球蛋白的酶学性质,尤其是在各种病理生理状态下的肌球蛋白ATP酶活性的研究较为深入。1978年以来,Hoh等人又发现了心肌中肌球蛋白ATP酶同工酶。
The ventricular myosin ATPase activity of rats fed on the grain from Keshan disease areas was found to be lower than that o?the rats fed on the grain from non-Keshan disease areas . The ATPase activity- change was closely related to the isoenzymic change of myosin toward V3. It is suggested that the change of myosin ATPase isoenzyme is the result of metabolic adaptation of animal cardiac muscles to energy insufficiency to maintain a weak energy balance, thus forming a metabolic foundation of the weak contractility and vulnerability of the heart in Keshan disease.
