文化是在历史发展中形成的 ,具有鲜明的地方特色。当年 ,几十万个知识青年下乡到北大荒 ,艰苦奋斗的经历和龙江文化的开放性造就了他们特有的文化性格。他们在北大荒度过了用热血和汗水写下的青春年华 ,在那里既有他们对神圣的解构 ,又为未来发展打下了基础。知青文化已成为龙江文化的重要内容。经济与文化一体化是 2 1世纪的一个明显趋势 ,因而必须重视知青文化建设 。

Culture is formed in the development of history, espically for distinctive local culture. Several decades ago, hundreds of thousands of the educated urban youth went to Beidahuang where they shaped unique cultural characteristics with hard experiences in the opening of Heilongjiang's culture. In Beidahuang, they dedicated their youth annotating the meanings of holy duty, while they laid the foundations for future careers. Therefore, the culture of educated youth has become a part in that of Heilongjiang. In addition of this, the economic and cultural integration is a remarkable trend in the 21st century. Under the trend, emphasizing the building of educated youth will help form the special advantages in the developing in Heilongjiang.
