摘要
针对地方高校优势资源缺乏、学生工程实践能力训练不足等问题,围绕高素质工程应用型专业人才培养目标,从专业培养方案、实践教学体系、创新能力提升、教学方法改革、专业导师队伍等五个方面,多维度、多层次协同开展人才培养模式改革与实践,提出基于五个"三结合"的电子信息类人才培养协同实施机制,有效地链接了"教学、科研、生产"、"校内、企业、开放平台"、"教师、学生、课堂"、"知识、能力、素质"等人才培养要素,将企业工程资源、名校教学资源、自身优势资源有机结合起来,多措并举,多方协同,较好解决了地方高校电子信息类人才培养中的资源紧缺问题。
Aiming at the problems about lacking high-quality resources and insuffient engineering ability traning for students in local colleges, this paper presents a collaborative training mechanism that takes five three-combinations as a main means, and carries out reform and exploration of talent-training mode from five respects: professional personnel cultivation, practice teaching system, enhancemet of innovation capability, reform of teaching method, and teachers' team construction. This mechanism effectively links the core elements of personnel training, such as "teaching, research, production", "schools, enterprises, open platforms", "teachers, studengs, classes", and "knowledge, ability and quality", integrates engineering resources of enterprises, teaching resources of universities, and our advantageous resources, and better solves the problem of scarce high-quality resources in local colleges.
