高速公路大修工程设计中的要点分析

Analysis of Gist in Design of Expressway Overhaul Engineering

目前我国高速公路经过10年左右的使用已进入建设与保养并重的时期。结合京哈路大修工程设计实例,提出大修工程的设计流程。着重提出对现况路的资料收集和分析之后的路况评价、对于纵断面设计标准的控制以及通过对现况路结构分析合理进行加铺结构设计等思路。京哈路大修路面加铺设计主要通过现况路弯沉分析结果来确定。该次大修设计分不同路段进行合理计算,综合弯沉指标、工程投资、施工工期等因素分段进行加铺沥青面层,道路表面层全线更换为改性沥青SMA。通过对高速公路大修设计流程的罗列以及几个要点分析,希望可以对高速公路大修道路设计的工作提供一些参考。

At present,the expressways have entered the period of construction and maintenance after the ten-year use in China.Combined with the design case of Beijing- Harbin Expressway Overhaul Project,the article proposes the design flow of overhaul engineering,focuses on the assessment of expressway after information collection and analysis,the control of profile design standard,and the reasonable design idea of overlay structure according to the analysis of the present expressway structure.The overhaul design of this expressway reasonably calculates the different road sections.Synthesized with the factors of deflection index,engineering investment and construction period,the asphalt overlay of this expressway is implemented by sections.The whole line of road surface is replaced by the modified asphalt SMA.The article analyzes several gist in the design of expressway overhaul engineering,which can be referenced for the design of the similar expressways.
