摘要 近年来,随着水资源短缺、城市内涝频发和初雨污染等问题日益突出,雨水利用和排放技术工程得到越来越多的关注和应用,特别是海绵城市、低影响开发技术得到了迅速的发展。我国的室外排水设计规范也越来越多地关注雨水的排放和低影响开发技术的应用。在市政排水设计中应用的LID技术融合了海绵城市与国内外最新雨洪管理理念,实现了防治内涝、水资源利用、减少城市面源污染、景观美化的多重效益。 In recent years,with the shortage of water resource,frequent urban waterlogging and primary rainwater pollution,the rainwater utilization and discharge technologies are more and more concerned and applied.Especially,the sponge city and low-impact development technologies are rapidly developed.The outdoor drainage design specification of China pays more and more attention to the discharge of rainwater and the application of low-impact development technology.The applied LID technology in the municipal drainage design combines the sponge city and the latest rainwater flood management idea at home and abroad,and realizes the multiple benefits of waterlogging prevention,water resource use,urban non-point source pollution reduction and landscape beautification.
