摘要 为提高切割贵重石材时的切割经济性,研发并制作一种新型结构的、2.0mm的金刚石绳锯。用该绳锯进行大理石切割试验,测定其锯切参数并对其性能进行分析。结果表明:新型绳锯切割锋利度好,不易断绳,切割速度与现有8.8mm的金刚石绳锯相当。由于切缝更小,石材切割成材率可提高20%~30%,而且切割功耗小、废渣排放少、节能环保。 In view of economic requirement on cutting precious stones and other materials,a new type of diamond wire saw with2.0mm and a new structure,is developed and produced.The new saw is used in marble cutting test to determine sawing parameters and implement performance analysis.Results show that the new saw cuts sharply and is not easy to break.It is also shown that cutting speed of new saw is the same as that of the existing8.8mm diamond wire saw.In addition,due to its small cutting seam,stone cutting yield can increase 20%- 30% with lower power and less waste,which is energy saving and environment friendly.
