摘要
压制法制造的超薄金刚石刀具,金刚石、胎体、填料等粉末在成型模具中的分布均匀程度对其最终使用性能影响极大。目前,国内企业普遍采用手工混料,很难实现布料过程中的混料均匀,从而导致生产出来的刀具性能较差、批次稳定性差。本试验通过研究颗粒在刀具模具中的分布特性,设计了一种可实现自动布料、摊料的实验装置,大大提高了金刚石刀具物料分布的均匀性和一致性,从而提高了刀具的综合性能,有利于增强金刚石刀具的市场竞争力,降低采购企业的使用成本。
In the manufacturing of ultrathin diamond tools by the press-sinter process,the distribution uniformity of diamond powder,matrix and alloy filler in the mold has a great impact on the finally using performance of the diamond tool.At present,domestic enterprises generally finish the mix by manually,which is difficult to meet the requirements of uniformity and consistency,so the quality of production and batch stability mostly are bad.Based on the research of distribution characteristics of particles in the tool mold,we designed an experimental device which could realize automatic mix of powders,and greatly improved the uniformity and consistency of the diamond tool forming materials,thus improving the durability of the tool,enhancing the market competitiveness of diamond tools,and reducing the use-cost of the buyer.
