摘要
以十四酸和氯化亚砜为原料合成十四酰氯中间体,在碱性条件下与天冬氨酸反应合成N-十四酰基天冬氨酸钠。通过单因素考察确定了酰基化反应的最佳工艺:5℃,pH为10~11,n(天冬氨酸)∶n(十四酰氯)=1.1∶1.0,时间3.5h,收率为83.49%。研究了提纯方法,得到纯度为97.06%的产品。性能研究表明,产品具有优异的表面活性、渗透性和钙皂分散性。
N-tetradecanoyl aspartic acid and its sodium salt was synthesized from tetradecanoic acid, thionyl chloride and aspartic acid. The process conditions were optimized by single factor investigation method. The optimal conditions were: T=5℃, p H=10~11, n(Aspartic acid):n(tetradecanoyl chloride)=1.1:1, t=3.5h, the yield reached 83.49%. The purity of the product was 97.06%. The performance studies showed that it had excellent surface activity, permeability and calcium soap dispersion property.
