摘要
以六盘水某洗煤厂入浮煤泥为研究对象,在煤质分析的基础上,用正交试验设计法研究了入浮浓度、乳化剂、起泡剂用量对煤泥回收率的影响。结果发现,添加乳化剂可提高浮选精煤产率,当矿浆浓度为100g·L^(-1),乳化剂吐温80为300g·t^(-1),仲辛醇为1000g·t^(-1)时,选精煤产率达69.06%,灰分为11.56%。
After coal analysis, Tween 80, slurry concentration and frother dosage on coal slurry recovery were explored by orthogonal experimental design. Results showed that, emulgator improved clean coal yield greatly. When slurry concentration was 100g/t, Tween 80 was 300g/t, octanol was 1000g/t, the yield of clean coal reached 69.06%, with ash was 11.56%.
